Broos acknowledged that Zwane is a skilled player who improves the team's performance, but emphasized the need to manage his workload carefully to avoid injuries.
The coach plans to assess Zwane's fitness next Tuesday in Cape Town and will determine his participation in future matches based on his condition.
Broos also suggested that Zwane needs regular game-time with his club, Sundowns, to regain his rhythm and build up his playing minutes.
He stated that if Zwane stays fit and healthy, even if he's not ready to play 90 minutes, he will be part of the World Cup team.
South Africa will face Panama again in Cape Town on Tuesday.
